The Banner / Student Records System will undergo essential updates to provide new functionality for the next groups of users moving to Banner 9. The update will take place between 6am – 9am on Tuesday 29th June 2021. During this time Banner and BannerWeb will be unavailable, and other systems which connect with Banner will be impacted, including the Greenwich Mobile App. We expect the system to be back by 9am, but if problems are encountered then it may be later. Please monitor the IT Service Status page (https://servicestatus.gre.ac.uk/) and if you have any questions or comments they should be directed to email@example.com.
